Good Oatmeal Recipies

Waffles

you need a waffle iron for these.

6 egg white,
2 whole egg
2 scoop of your favorite protein powder ( 50gr protein)
1.5 cups oats
1 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon peanut butter
2 pack slenda or sweet n low
cinnimon
butter buds

blend all together , and cook on the waffle maker to your liking

i love these, i make em up and take them with me when im in a jam or pressed for time, simple clean easy meal to eat.

a little bit of cool whip makes oatmeal feel like cheating A LOT, lol

Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free is the bomb! these two are awesome, but to take it over the top.......just before eating, sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of sugar free butterscotch pudding POWDER straight from the box...yummmo

just a little bit of each will do ya good

about that chicken soup thing.......i must be missing something there too lol, but I'll try anything once!

my mom puts zucchini in her oatmeal, with splenda and cinnamon to get her veggies in lol

says it reminds her of zucchini bread

hell yeah, V. these are a godsend!!! i eat them down to my last 2 weeks before a show. i love that idea muscles 1976 had about putting the sugar free butterscotch pudding mix and sugar free cool whip on them also. i'm gonna have to try that in a few weeks.
 
offseason, i eat cool whip on everything, protein waffles, frozen protein shakes, just off the spoon :) , on protein bars, in oatmeal, in yogurt, the list goes on and on lol but the ultimate is cool whip AND peanut butter on any of the above mentioned did i mention i like cool whip lol

oh! almost forgot for the poptart eaters of this forum, try strawberry ---frosted of course, toasted with pb and cool whip, oh and one last thing try the cool whip on your pb and j sandwiches (or toast) yummmooo
 
I mix the following then put it into the george foreman grill that has a waffle Iron:
7-8 eggwhites
1/2c-1c oatmeal
1-2 splenda packets
1 tsp cinamin powder
1 tsp syrup flavoring (sugar free)

I use "i cannot beleive its not butter" spray and low carb/sugar free syrup to eat them.

heres what it makes:

I cup of oats(I like the old fashioned) 3 scoops of Scitech nutrition protein delight raspberry yogurt (good stuff has hunks of raspberry in it) I eat it twice a day

50 grams of carbs 60 grams protein

Protein Balls

2 cups oats
4 scoops protein powder (I use ON Pro Complex)
1 cup anpb
water

Put oats in blender and make them into a flour (not necessary, but I like the texture better). Put oats in a bowl with the protein powder and anpb. Stir and add water as needed to moisten. Roll into balls and freeze. (I like to freeze them in freezer baggies - 3 to a bag)

Makes 19 protein balls - info. per ball:

Cal: 138.95
Fat: 7.79
Carb: 9.26
Pro: 16.42
