Good Synthetek Experience

Well,

ordered some synthelamin off Synthetek.

There was a slight mix up in the order though and i was mistakenly sent a bottle of synthergine. No big deal....these things happen sometimes.

Anyways, i emailed them back enquiring if they could send me the correct order. I received an email back before 24 hours telling me they would reship my order.

I was pretty impressed that they responded so quickly but what impressed me most was that, although I offered to send the synthergine back, they said I should keep it with their compliments.

As well as having great products, it seems like they are stand up guys who take care of their customers.

I had the same experience. But I ordered the synthergine and got synthelamin. I emailed them and they responded with a tracking number for the correction immediately. I just started using their synthepure for the first time and is fn awesome.

Nope, never heard a single complaint.

Every time I have emailed them they have always sorted me out (and then some). DEfinitely one of the best supp companys i have dealt with.

Synthetek is top noch.

Either I ordered wrong or they mixed up my order. Bottom line they fixed it and doubled my order. WOW!!

Thats top notch service.

Stuff is going to happed, but what is done about it is what matters.
