I wish i could get that excited about sitting up in bed. I saw a show on him on a medical channel, he was the worlds heaviest man at his peak weight. However, the really fucked up part is he has a girlfriend!!!!!! Makes ya wonder.

I watched a special on Manuel(TLC maybe?) a little while back and although he's hugely overweight he seemed like a happy guy the whole time. He got tons of free medical treatment from Dr. Berry Sears(Zone diet) and others.I tried to find a video of his "exercise" he did on the special and came up with this... even better lol
