I just picked up a 1/4 side of 100% grass fed Black Angus. About 130lbs of meat. I had never had grass fed beef before this. It's definitely a different taste. Not really sure how to explain it. Stronger taste... gamier maybe? I'm not sure I really like it yet, but I'll get use to it.
