I use some of those sugar free drink mixes for water. I will take a lemon flavored packet, add 5 grams of Synthe creatine, 5-10 grams of Synthe L-glutamine and just a dash of salt. I will drink this while I work out and for a bit after. The creatine and glutamine help hydrate the muscle cells while increasing your recovery. Great way to sip water and keep hydrated.
