I just started having to cook for myself like all the time, Im a pretty good cook but I just don't know what all i can cook. I dont really need recipe ideas although a couple good ones would be tight. I'm looking at the other recipe threads. What I would really like to know is what i should be buying to eat from the store. If someone could post up their grocery list for like a week or so. Im trying to get my body fat % down, and I got like a 150$ budget for weekly food for myself(which i generally dont use all of). I eat 3 times a day generally get my sweets fix off some reeses puffs or every few days if i gotta. Anyone got something they use that they dont mind lettin me in on? preciate it.
