personal favorites......and id like to hear your thoughts on low medium or high glycemic choices for carbs.......this is a little confusing for me.....stuff like orange juice is apparently low gi.......even lower than whole wheat bread....which is kinda odd.....but i thought since it was sugar...you should avoid it.....any help with the list or this question would be greatly appreciated
