gyno flare, no gear

Anyone ever get a flare up without running and gear? I have had cycles where I have to run some help for gyno, usually if prop/tren is the case. Last few its been any gear. Which, this is no issue. I've been about a year with no gear and in the last week I've got the ball forming in my tit, about the size of a pencil eraser. The only thing I'm doing right now is my amino pills, vit, and an ECA stack. Anyone ever have this? Just wondering if Im weird or if this is normally the case. sucks cuz i'm about to start a cycle which means this is going to be a fight.

Yes many times. I always keep caber or nolva on hand just in case.

Ive never had a problem with gyno except for when being off.
Nolva is what works for me. I always keep it and a few arimi on hand.

Just making sure I'm not just f'd up. I usually get it in the late stages of a cycle or even a few weeks after I stop.....but damn a year after? Just didn't make any sense. Okay I feel better. Yeah, I always have some Nolv's on hand since my first episode. I started them 2 days ago. I gotta order more for the big fight I'm about to be in with my cycle! Thanks guys

I think post cycle for some people prolactin builds up and estrogen which cause gyno. I have noticed some gyno flare well more puffy nipples post cycle alot of the time and I just use some nolva and aromasin sometimes to control hormones from spiking up
