So, I got my surgery on 3/18/09 ... Ate 40 percocet from that Wed- Sat night. Slept 16 hours a day or so. No icing or nothing. Woke up sunday, and went to the gym to support my training partner. To make a long story short, I have a weakness in my tibia muscles and super strong calves, so I have been working real hard to strengthen the tibia on this little hammer strength machine. Decided to hit 4 sets of that ... 20r, 15r, 12r, 6r ... Nothing hurt, so I did seated calf raises. 4sx8r, 2 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates, 5 plates. Feeling real good now ... 4 sets of 150lbs on the leg exention ... slow, controlled, perfect contraction. At this point "it" kicked in so I said fuck it ... 2 plates on the leg press, 8 reps, 4 plates on the leg press, 8 reps, 6 plates on the leg press 8 reps ... etc, all the way up to 16 plates for 8 reps. Chest felt fine, and that was the 22nd of March and I told myself I would not do anymore workouts until I was fully healed because it was a dumb idea.
Today, I go for my check up and the revealing of my nips. First off, THEY LOOK SO FUCKING GOOD! It is the first time in my life, that I am 100% confident on the way I look. No more puffyness. The doctor said that each nipple had the tissue of around half a tennis ball (WOW) The spots under the nipple are still soft, round and mushy looking because the fluid that replaces the fat takes a few months to dissolve and harden up. No sweat. He than looked at me and told me, this was the oddest thing he had ever seen. In 6 days, my chest was already all healed up. It takes most peolple 3-4 weeks. He double checked and gave me the go-ahead to workout TODAY as long as nothing physically contacted the chest. (no bench press, but chest press is ok) Haha, I am so happy I had to rant. I look 4x better and returned to training in 4 days. I'm like wolverine!!!!
