I had Gyno surgery 20 plus yrs ago. My question is can I get Gyno again?

was the entire gland removed or just a portion? If entire, then no you cannot.

You still should use an AI though in low doses since its not healthy to have extremely high estrogen.

Bump^ If the gland is still there you can get it. I had the surgery and left the gland, so remain very careful when it comes to supplementing.
