Gyno week 4 pct

Hey guys im just starting week 4 of my pct for a 6week prop tbol cycle. My left nipple has been sensitive for about the past week but have been taking nolva from one of the new research sites since two days after my last injection. I also used 12.5 aromasin ed for the first week. I just felt and have a small lump now so i took 25mg aromasin and 30mg nolva and other suggestions of what to do?

get some letro asap.. 1.25mg ed w/ 20mg nolva for 2 weeks

thanks flapique. i wasnt sure If i need to jump on letro because i am in pct and trying to get things back normal and i know it will trash my estro levels. Everything is functioning fine nuts are full size and all not sure why this happened in week 4 of pct?
