I know you guys will kick my ass for asking this but could one of you bros explain or post a link on this training method as ive searched and cant find shit on it.Ive all but given up on my current training im 21 5 11" 232lbs and cant fucking grow even on juice i cant surpass 240lbs im like a yo yo this sounds to me like a gooc method im trying for a big gain again reseaching different cycles studying my nutrition and i feel a new program would relight the old flame so to speak.I want to hit 250 and cut down to compete in the new year.Any advice or comments appreciated.
