Had it with these fitness centres

I've had it with this damn pumpous ass fitness centres
As I walked in this mornin the teeni bopper bitch (excuse my language
ladies) girl behind the counter had to inform me that there was a red
flag on my account in front of all thses people. Because I was 8 days
late on one payment she had my face brought up on the screen outlined
in red big as day, Like I robbed a gosh damn bank or something. Did'nt
say much at first she caught me off guard but then during my workout
I could'nt stop thinking about it so cut it short and headed for the front
counter to give her a piece of my Freakin mind and she was gone damn it.
They have a ten day grace period the F...ckin ....... Anyway, I just got
back and I'm still fuming I guess. 2 things, she did this in front of people
and with a snotty ass atitude to add. That #$%@&&&@*$%#^ !!!!!!!!!

Talk to the manager and tell her that you pay her salary.

Oh, I'm not done with her yet. I will pay a visit later to the Manager
who for some reason likes me, I've yet to figure that one out
could be cause he's hardcore too as far as lifting I guess.

Stevo, your absolutely right, it was totally inappropriate of her to handle your business out in the open like that! Mind you she is only what, like 18 or 19 years old? So don't let it get to you that much. But yes, you have every right to go back and tell her you didn't like the unprofessionalism. Also bring it up to her manager.

That was uncalled for... don't blame you for being mad. I've been a member of the same gym for 14 yrs. My membership was up in January. My fiance and I are renovating a place and selling our houses, and of course everything that can delay us has, and I've been going month-to-month on my membership. There have been several times that it was up at the beginning of the week, and I didn't get paid until that Friday. The management have been wonderful about it. Never calling me out or giving me a hard time. They let me workout through the week and I pay them on Friday.

That lady at your gym needs a corse in customer service.

Thanks all. money's be tight, Plus I'm not the richous person in
the world here. Just got over some med problems with my eyes
and paying out $72.00 a month for membership put a hurtin on me

I come across this all the time. I NEVER confront anyone in my gym about late payments with others around. It is no one elses' biz and I keep it that way. I give people a nice reminder in person when no one else is around! What she did shows many things and you do need to address this with management..........and don't wait. How many others has she done this to? It is embarrassing and can cost the centre a lot of business!
