Hi, am looking to begin taking propecia or proscar, read that the recommended dose is 1mg per day, is this correct?

Ive also read that Propecia is effective only for as long as it is taken; the hair gained or maintained is lost within 6-12 months of ceasing therapy, any comments on this? Is the same result with proscar as well?

And can anyone recommend a source that has any of these products?
