I just bought a new XL McDavid elbow sleeve and man I forgot how tight it was when I bought my other one. My old one has finally stretched a bit but sometimes I still feel/wonder if it impairs some parts of my workout by compressing the muscle too much (dumbell curls, pullups, etc.). I'm wearing the new one right just around the home trying to break it in.
Has anyone tried using a knee sleeve in place of an elbow sleeve? I am guessing it would work but was hoping for some opinions before I head back out and not waste time.
