Healthy diet?

Coconut oil, olive oil, flax seeds, egg yolks, peanut butter, hazelnuts, walnuts.

yes!! along with Avodaco, almonds, grass fed butter. Eggs need to be farm raised or at the very least, pasture raised.

What foods should i eat daily?

Is milk 1% Healthy? Or Skim milk?

I know fruits and vegetables are healthy.

What about eggs? Should i eat Eggwhite or whole eggs?

Should i remove beef from my diet and replace it with chicken/White fish?

The reason i ask is because ive been following a low carb diet for about 10 years.

I got a blood test and it say my Testosterone is low, But my Estrogen is also low.

I read low carb diet Affect testosterone levels.

Im noticing joint pain. And some other symptoms.

Im just clueless about What is a Healthy diet is.

at 1 point almonds used to give me bad gas, I would eat a serving of them and have gas for about 6 hours ( insoluble fiber ), now days its better for me.

This is what i eat on most days, monday tru friday.

Breakfast:-10 whole hard boiled eggs
-1/2 cup oats natural without sugar
-1 navel orange


Lunch:-1 pound of ground beef cooked in coconut oil with cajun spices
-2 cup brocolli

Diner:-300G Chicken breast with cajun spices
-2 cup brocolli
 
This is what i eat on most days, Monday through Sunday.

Breakfast:- 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup broccoli
-1/2 cup oats natural with stevia
-1 cup blueberries

Snack: 2 scoop of isolated protein, raw veggies, 1 oz. of almonds

Lunch:-1/2 pound of salmon cooked on grill
-1 cup brocolli
-1 yam

Diner:- 150G Chicken breast with cajun spices
-1 cup brocolli
- 1 peice of fruit

Snack:- 2 scoop of isolated Protein, 1 oz of raw almonds



FIXED: It doesn't have to be exact as this, but you get the picture. Spread out your protein and eat enough fruits and veggies for health. This will get you lean and maintain muscle. Eat more if dropping weight to fast. If you want to get lean, don't cheat on weekends. Stay the course.


I also suggest to add 1 scoop of super greens and super reds every day for health.

Any particular reason for Removing beef and replacing with Salmon?

I know salmon got more omega 3... but why replace?

Also with the chicken meal, Is Navel Orange good?

Blueberries for breakfast, Orange with the chicken meal?

Here's a question for you-why are you constantly giving advice on AAS, diet, cleanses, etc when based on your posts and pics you're a natural skinny fat smoker who clearly has no clue what the fuck he is doing?

You've even given diet advice AFTER starting this thread acknowledging that you're clueless....

LOL im not skinny, im 5foot11 was 230 pounds 2 months ago, Dropped down too 217.

The pic i posted i was 192,12% bodyfat. Im bigger 217 with same bodyfat.

Im leaner than you based on your pics, you look bulky and fat. Im way leaner than you.

Also i dont need gear.

Any particular reason you are eating 3 big meals rather than a 5-6 smaller ones??
I know some people's schedules don't allow more meals but than seems like a shit load of food to consume at one time and I'd think it would hinder efficient digestion.
Seems like you are getting a good bit of protein but not much fat and minimal carbs. Answering your questions about swapping beef for salmon , unless your are eating free range/ grass fed beef the omega-6 fats are WAY higher than the omega-3 fats. While omega-6 is an essential fat it is also INFLAMMATORY which includes cardiovascular system inflammation which is bad for your heart and cholesterol , the same goes for egg yolks.!!!
If you are eating whole eggs try to get them from free range chicken or at least the egg lands best vegetarian fed eggs. Adding in some avocado and a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil would be a good idea for adding fat. If you are using butter use grass fed butter like Kerrygold.

Using kind of a Phil Hernon logic , set up your meal at 50g Protein , 20g Fat and 20g Carbs with a serving of veggies. Use fruits for your carb source and the above mentioned fats.
Eat a meal when you get hungry , like when your stomach starts to make noise hungry
 
the healthiest diet is a low carb diet or zero carb diet, since carbs are bad for you
