yes!! along with Avodaco, almonds, grass fed butter. Eggs need to be farm raised or at the very least, pasture raised.

Can anyone recommend a Healthy diet plan?
What foods should i eat daily?
Is milk 1% Healthy? Or Skim milk?
I know fruits and vegetables are healthy.
What about eggs? Should i eat Eggwhite or whole eggs?
Should i remove beef from my diet and replace it with chicken/White fish?
The reason i ask is because ive been following a low carb diet for about 10 years.
I got a blood test and it say my Testosterone is low, But my Estrogen is also low.
I read low carb diet Affect testosterone levels.
Im noticing joint pain. And some other symptoms.
Im just clueless about What is a Healthy diet is.
When i eat nuts i feel bloated like crazy.

walnuts
It seem very hard to digest..

hey brotha, how about posting up your daily diet?
This is what i eat on most days, Monday through Sunday.
Breakfast:- 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup broccoli
-1/2 cup oats natural with stevia
-1 cup blueberries
Snack: 2 scoop of isolated protein, raw veggies, 1 oz. of almonds
Lunch:-1/2 pound of salmon cooked on grill
-1 cup brocolli
-1 yam
Diner:- 150G Chicken breast with cajun spices
-1 cup brocolli
- 1 peice of fruit
Snack:- 2 scoop of isolated Protein, 1 oz of raw almonds
FIXED: It doesn't have to be exact as this, but you get the picture. Spread out your protein and eat enough fruits and veggies for health. This will get you lean and maintain muscle. Eat more if dropping weight to fast. If you want to get lean, don't cheat on weekends. Stay the course.
I also suggest to add 1 scoop of super greens and super reds every day for health.

Here's a question for you-why are you constantly giving advice on AAS, diet, cleanses, etc when based on your posts and pics you're a natural skinny fat smoker who clearly has no clue what the fuck he is doing?
You've even given diet advice AFTER starting this thread acknowledging that you're clueless....
