hello to every one at promuscle, a bit about myself i live in australia and have done one cycle before, well if you could call it a cycle a mate come into my gym room and smashed 8ml of test e from a 200ml blader made for cattle, in my leg, i ballooned from 95kg to about 106kg (233pounds) in about a month, I am curently doing 400/mg test p, 300/mg test e, 100/mg deca per week the deca is for my joints, i am getting some good gains on that amount about 20 pounds or so of muscle. thats my story looking forward to posting and learning more about AAS

welcome to PM mate, just a quck opinion about your cycle since its your 1st one really you could easily drop some of that test. The last thing you want o do is top out to early and have to do 1500mg a week to see shit.
 
i am only 3 weeks into first cycle, i was realy going to go for it and get massive ,i did not know you can get a tollerance from test,

since ur new and all u should def try to lower ur test cuz a lil def goes a long way. And theres no reason to go that high until u need to trust me stay on lowtest as long as u can, itll def save u alotta cash in the long run and save ya from all the side effects like gyno that come along wit high test doses. also i would at least raise ur deca to 300mg a week. 100 isntgonna do much and the weight youve gained so far is prob 95% of it is from the test ur using trust me. at the least do 250mg a week of deca if ur jus using itmto lube the joints. the ester alone takes up alotta weight so ur prob only gwettin around 65mg of pure deca a week anyways so def raise it and if an AI is needed grab some asap. thanks for your advice flex and d-bo, i will definatly lower my test down and up the deca too 600mg all up, i will try the deca at 200mg/pw. i want to keep my tollerance down, i think that my diet could improve a bit more, i think i need to up the red meat and have a better variety of fresh fruit and veg,
