Help me choose an Insulin Protocol

I've been training and blasting and cruising for a few years now. I feel like I'm at a point where I would benefit from adding in insulin to my protocol.
I've read a lot of past threads and it seems like the general consensus has changed over time.
I'm 6 foot 2, 205. About 14 percent bodyfat.
Would love some insight on if people think taking it post workout is the best way to start? and if so what type of insulin and what dosage would you have someone new to it start at?

I have done a lot of research, but this just seems like something I want to make damn sure I don't mess up. Appreciate any and all help.
 
Their are a lot more questions to be answered first.

What time do you wake up
What time do you train
Are you gonna take HGH or peptides with it.
What are your goals
 
I wake up between 7 and 10ish. I play poker so I have a pretty lax schedule during the week. usually work out around 11 or noon.
Right now I'm currently recomping on tren. Having great strength gains, still wanting to lean out some though.
Currently not taking hgh or peptides, just 100 trenA/30 TestP ED

Definitely my thoughts.. slin is amazing but only when low bodyfat.. your muscle cells need to be able to soak up your nutrients...
 
I'd say continue to lean out...wait until your in the single digets ...slin is a thing that you dont want to play around with, until your lean and ready to grow...if done wrong...well you know the story....
 
Can't insulin be used as a tool to lean out as well?

You can diet on insulin but its kinda like shaving your face with a machete , if you do it exactly right and the blade is sharp enough it'll work , but if everything isint just right you'll cut your face off (gain fat)

Guys fuck up buy trying to adjust a diet around their insulin rather than adjust their insulin to meet their dietary needs
 
4-5iu slin pre workout if dieting.

Move carbs around so you are taking in enough to cover the slin.

I do the following.

70g carbs with meal 3 1.5 hours pre gym. First carbs of the day.

15 mins pre gym 5iu humalog with half the following drink - 50g dex 20g EAA 10g glutamine 10g taurine

Other half drank while I train

20 mins pwo 100g carbs from cream of rice n carnivor

Next meal 75 carbs plus protein. Last carbs of the day.
 
This is the first time I have used slin when dieting and purpose is totally for recovery.

In a weeks time I will be bringing in gh 4iu shot with the slin.
