I've been training and blasting and cruising for a few years now. I feel like I'm at a point where I would benefit from adding in insulin to my protocol.
I've read a lot of past threads and it seems like the general consensus has changed over time.
I'm 6 foot 2, 205. About 14 percent bodyfat.
Would love some insight on if people think taking it post workout is the best way to start? and if so what type of insulin and what dosage would you have someone new to it start at?
I have done a lot of research, but this just seems like something I want to make damn sure I don't mess up. Appreciate any and all help.
