No that's not the case what happened was I got cut off to get into the center lane when I saw a dump truck in front of me my govern wait was 15000 lb when they weighed the truck it was 14,975 lbs so no air brakes and the speed limit was 45 and i went to change lanes to get into the center lane and a little black sports car was going from lane to lane and if i didnt hit him i tried to just clip the mirrors on the dump truck i didnt have air brakes so there was no way I was going to stop and there wasn't any cameras and no witnesses bc the dump truck driver who said he saw a black car flying right before the accident and they took me for bloodwork i had i little bit of weed in there i had smoked for the first time in yrs 5 days before and they did a field sobriety test and passed blew a 0.00 I don't drink but the only reason I didn't go to trial was bc i had a public defender the prosecutor would deny anything i applied for i have no record until now i know i am supposed to be in control of my vehicle at all times... I broke the law and deserve my punishment which I came to realize.. if you have any other questions p.m. me thanks wasn't trying to risk my life for 20yrs by going to trial with a public defender that just is over worked with cases so i plead guilty doing 6 yrs nera which stands for no early release act so i have to do 85% of it which is 5.1 yrs then 3yrs of parole when i get outmm

You got eight weeks before going in? I'd go three weeks blasting HCG, followed by 4 weeks Clomid and come off everything and hope you've restarted your natty to avoid a big crash. Fuck going on AAS right before. Your first six months you'll be a whiny little bitch and that is the last things you want mentally before heading to prison. Are you going into a minimum or maximum? If you are going to a minimum, from what I hear it's a piece of cake, about like a college campus, but if you're going to a higher more secure prison, then you'll need all your facilities in check. You will not wish to be crashing.

Idk what security or any of that yet. I plead guilty todeath buy auto 2nd degree crime. So we will see where i go. I'm going for blood work In November once my new insurance kicks in. Like i said i havent touched any anabolics since april then ran hcg clomid and tamoxfin. I also havent been off in 15 yrs was blasting and cruising... so how much hcg a day and how long and same with Clomid ? I dont smoke cigs and my shrink is tapering me off now of the anti deppressants. I blew up to 210lbs i was around 175lbs but i have been eating like shit and not doing anything i wouldn't leave the house i have night terrors and bad anxiety but since I found out im going in jan i would go to the gym and rep out with lighter weights. I have a basketball court across the street im going to start running on there and in the gym going to start doing at least an hr of cardio daily, and take some boxing or some sort of self Defense classes. My thing is i cant get it up or keep it up and my fiance just wants my d*ck she is sick of oral and toys. She swears im cheating, i have no sex drive all. I've been taken
Nutragenix and the zma version at night and protest 180 its been since Oct 1st. Still nothing and have tried Viagra and cialis nothing my shrink wont write me anything besides them i have a DR TRT but i need to bring her my blood work hopefully she can help me without any test.

This is a state thing? You said you had to do 85% of your bid, that's Fed time (been there, done that). There is no parole in fed system like there is in State unless you were in before they did away with it, which means you are a lifer anyhow as it was done away with in 1984. What State follows the fed guidelines? And actually, they way they count time in Fed system it actually works out to 87.5% although everyone says 85% and that's only if you never lose a day of good time. I would be spending far more time figuring out....

1) where am I going (even if it isn't known 100%, your defender can ask for a specific facility)
2) what level security will I be in (feds have camps, low, medium and high). States all have differing levels of facilities as well. It is important to know.
3) I have to assume State since vehicular homicide just doesn't seem like anything Feds would get involved with. Just weird you said "have to do 85% of my time". Many states now follow a guideline system like the Feds do, which basically comes down to a points system that records past offenses and nature of current crime. Mine was financial, so I got tagged points for size of it, having a fiduciary position of trust and got credit for not pursuing a jury trial (cooperative). What really gets you tagged is violent offenses or weapons...than you have almost no chance of starting at a lower level facility. If you are in one of those states, then you should know your points and be able to get a pretty clear idea of where you are headed.
4) lower level security is nothing like TV bullshit....you are in with a mix of non-violent guys and guys that have manged to work their way down through good behavior. Only the stupid fucks want to give up that sort of time, so you may see a lot of chest pumping and hollow language, but in the end, likely nothing comes of it. In two years I saw exactly one fight but plenty of disagreements.
5) advice....stay humble, mind your own business, and most of all, have respect for those around you. Respect is everything.
6) as far as the drugs go, I went in near my biggest using right up until I left, but into a federal prison camp. Have no idea what the outcome would have been if I went into a penitentiary environment like that. It did suck coming off, but it earned instant respect for all the workout cars that were there and within like 24 hours I had guys offer to take me into their "cars". Stayed super focused and worked out like a madman in any way I could and carried around a sub 10% muscular physique throughout...as much muscle as I could possibly hold naturally. Never dipped below 220.
7) stay busy and do what ever you can to better yourself. It makes the time go much faster and allows you to hit the ground running when you get out.

Depends where u are from I live in New Jersey I've been to prison couple of times and you don't find out till u get to reception center what prison you are going to

It's all depends on the state, u don't have to buy it, maybe if u educated yourself before u talk! If the state he did this in is common wealth it's his ass! Now education is key! Some of u dudes fuck me up u don't think or care.

It's simple, I lost my best friend when we wrecked and it was Bec of bad roads and I lost control of the car! And I still did time because I lost control. Common wealth states are no joke. um actually I just returned from a south Africa trip in Cape town. Most gorgeous and incredible trip of my life. Went Great white shark diving, ate incredible food, got tatted, paraglyded off a cliff, did an incredible hike up table mountain, went seal diving. the US dollar to African Rand is so cheap too.
