Hi all. I'm thinking of getting myself on a self-manged TRT program and wanted some opinions.
I'm living in Japan and the test ranges for T and FT are different, so I have included ranges below. Note these numbers were after two months of OTC test boosters.
Basically the docs here either don't know how or don't want to help me. I've been to three and it seems Japan is just not into TRT. Medical care here is easy to access and everyone has insurance, but they are a bit behind in some areas. They all seem to think my numbers are acceptable for my age. However I have most of the symptoms of low T to go along with the numbers: no libido (NONE), constantly tired and fatigued, brain fog, easily depressed, fatty chest and love handles, passive personality, etc. Note before my first cycle some 20+ years ago I also had similar symptoms, most notable was a lack of libido at 19. When I first used Sostenon Redi-Jects shortly there after my girlfriend was much happier.
I recently completed my first cycle in 15 years and my mood and quality of life were much improved. The chest and waist fat just fell off. I slept better, I performed better at work, much more energy and vigor, etc.
I'm thinking of going on Sustanon 250, one amp every other week. If the doctors won't help me, I'll help myself. I know I am setting myself up for possibly lifetime therapy, but I don't like living this way...My biggest worry is continuing therapy when I return to the US.
I can get pretty much anything I need here.
