Hey guys, just had a question or two about strength for arm wrestling. I have been a bodybuilder for a few years, but wanting to get into doing arm wrestling competitions.. but I didnt do very well in my first one when I was twice as big as these guys. What gives?? Whats a good progressive routine for arm wrestling? I have a workout apparatus that simulates arm wrestling... so do i just add weight like bodybuilding? Should i keep the reps up to 5? Whats a good routine? I have never tried to powerlift or get strong.. just get big. I mean do the tendons and ligaments need to be trained daily or more often than muscle? I thought of doing static holds and increasing the weight vs time? I dont know. Thanks for any help or input!!
