I could need a little help from some vets here with designing my 3rd cycle.
I did one of 500mg test ew w1-10 and dbol 30mg ed w1-4 in autumn 2003 and gained about 35 lbs with a 6% bf increase. I'm now coming of a cutting cycle of w1-10 500-600 mg prop ew and winny 50mg oral ed w5-10.
I followed BigA's growth for beginners training prog with the first cycle and thought it was very plesant to add sutch an amoun of mass with only like 1,5hours of training ew! I ate shitloads of food and much unhealthy food so therefore the bf increase probably.
I'm now down to 200lbs with about 10% bf. I've followed BigA's getting ready for comp scheme this time as well. I expected to add some lean mass actually since this only was my 2nd cycle but I've lost a little nomather how much protein I've been eating.
I'm now planning to start a new mass phase soon and I'm thinking of trying DC's principles to stay lean and still gain as much mass as possible
My question is about the gear. Based on my two last cycles what would be the best solution ?
looking for a 12 week cycle and was thinking of a simple one like thai dbol 35mg ed week 1-5 and sust250 750mg ew w1-12. But I dont know if this will be enought to grow on for me ? should I maybe add EQ at 400?, or lower sust to 500mg and add EQ at 400mg? (I don't wanna overkill either)
what do you think?!
Also I'm wondering if anyone has some recommandations regarding choosing excersises in DC's program? I think I'm gonna start with only straight sets....
