Okay guys here is my question.
I have been researching how to make oral tablets. I would like to make my own arimidex, clen, clomid, t-3 etc. Now I have the powders to do so but making a tablet isnt as easy as just putting the right powder and filler mixture into the press and turning it on.
I have been doing alot of research and making tablets is a far more costly on difficult prodecure than most would think. First in order to get the tablets to stick I need excipients. I have done alot of research on the net and have also looked at the back of my vitamin bottles etc, and have found that steric acid and micro crystalline cellulose for fillers and binders. Simply mixing the powder with a filler like baking soda or corn startch will not allow the tablet to stay hard.
After you mix the appropriate amount of hormone powder, steric acid and cellulosue then you have to put it in food mixer to make sure you have proper mixing of the powders. Then according to my research you have to add water to force to powder to granulate (think instant coffee). After it has done this then you press the powder and let it dry.
Once it is dry then you have to add a coating to the tablets in order for them to stay hard and not brak in your hands when you pick them up.
My question is this....
I have done a search on google, and both steric acid and micro crystalline cellulose are not illegal substances. Can you just get these at health food stores or are there some powder " friends" we have that carry these.
