All the big leg men like PLatz and Cutter say high reps!
as much weight as you can do for 20-30 reps.
I your case that would mean a lot lighter than your used to but the high reps will get your blood in the muscle....DaRooster
I have started doing higher reps and cut down the weight on exercises deffinately has brought up my quads. I used to go as heavy as poss but have found concentrating more on getting a pump really working well.
