I had my knee scoped and I am having a hard time bring back my outer quad. I am doing close stance squats and hacks now, Do you guys have any other ideas?
All the big leg men like PLatz and Cutter say high reps!
as much weight as you can do for 20-30 reps.
I your case that would mean a lot lighter than your used to but the high reps will get your blood in the muscle....DaRooster
I have started doing higher reps and cut down the weight on exercises deffinately has brought up my quads. I used to go as heavy as poss but have found concentrating more on getting a pump really working well.
