Convinced him to workout and start eating properly.
He's 6 feet, 185lbs and very lean...full 8 pack.
Training: Big Beyond Belief
Supplements: SuperPump Max(pre-wo), Fish Oil, Protein, Multi-Vitamin..will use creatine once we plateau.
Diet: Where do I guide him from here?
He tolerates carbs well cause he's shredded, I was thinking going 18x bw in calories, 2g carbs per bw, 1g protein per bw, rest in fat perhaps add more carbs depending on how it goes from the start and tinker.
I'll work him up from 16 to 17 to 18 in bw in calories over a 3 week span. He has legit bodybuilding potential. How else do I help him diet wise?
