hgh timing?

I just read an article suggesting that if your under 50 years old, hgh should be used in the monring instead of the evening so you don't interupt your natural production. I am 43 and just started using 3iu 30 minutes before bed, mainly for anti aging. Any feedback would be helpful thanks.

I wouldnt wait the 30 minutes. I would do it right before you shut of the light for bed. But thats just me. I think 2iu for anti ageing should be enough.
