Summary

To summarize as to what I consider the perfect 12 week pre-contest prep cycle should look like. (Please, this is only my personal opinion !). This is not considering the detection times of the compounds. If one were to consider a cycle for World Champs where drug testing is compulsory, your pre-contest cycle would obviously look much more different (later a bit more on that).

HGH from week 12 - 10 days out
First week 3-4 amps Sustanon or 3ml Super-Test
Equipoise from week 12 - end of week 3. Thus stop it 2 weeks out from comp
Test enanthate week 11-9
Test propionate week 8-3
Test Suspension week 2 to up to the show
Either D-bol or Turinabol or Anaploan (which I don't like for reasons already stated) week 12 -10 (maybe week 9 included, depending if you still need some more size)
Masteron enanthate from week 12-7
Masteron propionate week 6 up to show
Anavar from week 8 (longest) or week 6 (shortest) to up to show
Winstrol week 6 - to show (oral and injectable combined)
Primobolan from week 8 - end of week 3. Thus stop it too 2 weeks from the comp
Tren acetate from week 6 - up to show
Tertroxin at least 20mcg per day, from week 6 - up to show
Parlodel 2,5mg per day, from week 6 - up to show
Clenbuterol week 12 - up to show

I would also have some Letrozole in stock and see how things look 60 days out from show. If fat% is a bit too high still and estrogen is being suspected as the culprit, start the Letrozole.

You will notice that I have not provided any dosages for the androgenic-anabolic steroid part of the cycle here - I am not going to. That is individualised and your own personal choice. Neither do you need to use all of the above components - but I'm certain, after reading and understanding the information I provided here, that you can see why the hypothetical pre-contest cycle has all the components chronologically, as suggested, in place.

What I have seen over many years, is that big guys use little and little guys use big...

High dosages IS NOT necessary. I have seen the best results in guys who stay in the bracket of total weekly dosage of between 1,5 grams and 3,5 grams. Above that, guys start battling with estrogen side effects and more and more of the wrong compounds then strarts being added on.

when you say high doses are not needed what doses are you talking about ...Say a light heavy or heavyweight guy or so...just as an example

This looks good to me...I won the Ironman show back in 2006 with just running this the last 8 weeks...

100mg test prop 3 x week
100mg winny inj. 3 x week
75 mg tren A 3 x week

.5 arimadex EOD
2 iu's HGH ED
 
You know now after all the crap that happened to me...I think now, that a person could run lower doses for a show, and looked down right shreeded..I mean you see these natty guys ripped to hell...and you know that they cant use much or any at all...You might not be as big, but ripped yes.

Amen to that. I mean, I still don't see the point in taking mega doses of Anabolics while at a calorie deficit. Maybe someone can educate me. Take enough to keep blood levels high and preserve muscle; however, what good does it really do to take more when we are not taking in the nutrients necessary to build mass? I never really understood that concept. Side effect, dollars spent, complications all increase for no real good reason.
 
I also believe in keeping it simple...test, tren, winny & something to burn fat(clen or eph)...easy enough

This is over-complicated however the underlying structure is sound. (as in what types of compounds are used when). I have found also that high doses are not necessary. More is only better to a point. Once receptors are saturated the excess drug bogs down the body, causing inefficiencies and side effects.
