I am new here so I thought i would say hi and i have a question also.

Okay her is my ? i have a torn muscle in my back(left spinal erector) and it is healed up, i am training for the state level next year. hoping to come in at about 215-220 @ 5'8" Now my ? is will this torn muscle effect my placings? If so how much are they to get fixed? Insurance covered? How long are you not able to train for? that sorta thing.

If you're "healed up," I'm not sure what the concern is?!? Is the muscle now pultruding or something weird?

Well.....

Not to be vain but it looks bad it has a big dip in the muscle and looks real bad from a back double bi and i was also wondering if it will effect placings at all?
