Hiatal Hernia

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had a hiatal hernia/ heartburn. I've been dealing with tihs for a while, and it really kills the diet, it's hard to keep eating stuff when it kills and feels like there is something stuck in your throat.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with it and waht they did etc....

10mg Prilosec OTC does it for me. Otherwise I suffer bigtime. I was living off Tums before (5-10min relief)-if I was caught without them Id be in deep shit and hating life.
You may have to take another seperate dose prilosec before mex food or pizza.

I have no clue why, but when I'm doing dbol I have the same problem. When I stop the dbol the problem goes away. Don't know if you are doing dbol now, but if you are, stop it for a while and see if the reflux goes away.

If that's not it and the Prilosec OTC doesn't help, you may need to see a doc to get something stronger than Prilosec, like Nexium or Prevacid for example...

Oh fuck, even with the Prilosec some orals (especially Anadrol) kills me. Especially at night...ugghh. On top of the insomnia from anadrol Im a mess trying to sleep.
I take my prilosec in the AM and maybe next time Im on orals I'l double up and do a dose before bed too.
