There are 15 servings per bag. I grab a handful when I want a satisfying snack.

A little rich for my blood, cheaper to make my own, but thanks for sharing. Gave me some good ideas because sweetness is my Achilles Hell lol.

Not taking it for the Protein, I use it as a heathy snack as opposed to high carb/procsssed snacks. The Protein in it is just a bonus
