This just temporary or actual and legitimate fat?
Taking my week off from dieting/training, etc. and I'm definitely more bloated, gassy, etc. I'm sure I weigh more.
This permanent(been a few days, a week tops)? Or is this just temporary water weight that'll taper off once I start dieting again on Monday?
