Anyone ever hear of the ebook "Homemade Supplement Secrets" By Jeff Anderson

If anyone has ever purchased it i'm wondering if its even any good? or is it just obvious stuff like caffine to burn fat, and what not. Anyway, let me know.

I've never heard of him or the book, BUT it does sound very interesting.

It could be an ok read, but usually when they sound hypey like tat they are generally geared for newbies. With the internet there are very few secrets out there anymore. ;-) Lot's of good info right here....

A good book I read not long ago is by Rob Faigin called Natural Hormonal Enhancement. It's the real deal. More geared towards anabolic dieting. Similiar to pasquales anabolic diet & Duchaines bodyopus. I've taken some principles from it and they've worked out well lately. But more than that it's a good perspective that helps enlighten from a slightly different perspective some key aspects of the anabolic power of food.

Hmm, i downloaded it. Its really nothing too exciting. maybe SLIGHTLY above basic knowledge. But anyone whos been into supplements/training for at least 5 months probably knows everything in the ebook. But yeah, download it, read it, see if it helps you out.

I got the same impression from reading it. In fact most of it was common sense, and shit anyone who's been doing this stuff for year prob already makes their own supplement cocktails similar to the big supp named products for a fraction of the cost.

I guess I was expecting more like some cool chemist tricks and interesting ideas, giving ti a chance, keeping an open mind, but meh.
