Houston NPC judge busted and rolling??

What have you guys heard about this? I just heard it is all over the news and I am wondering if anyone has any details.

Apparently, he is rolling on everyone that he can. This bust was about a week ago so if it has already been posted and I missed it, I apologize. I have been quite busy lately.
