I have been stuck on the bench for like two or three months, and actually had to take some time off and just can't seem to get it back even my legs strength has fallen. So I am on little test and decca low amounts. But I was thinking of running Halo for 4 weeks just to get some strength back. Just let me know what you think.... Thanks guys
