How Do You Time Your meals and supps?

Well how do you guys time your meals and supps? Post-Workout? Pre-Workout?

For me I eat a certain amount of macros per meal and supps in between. With working and school its almost impossible to get both a pre and post workout supps and meal timing down. What are you guys protocols?

Meals? I eat when I am hungry, my body usually tells me. Usually within 2-2.5 hours.

Supplements in the am, pre-workout, and post-wortkout.

Hey RJ, We both are Phil trainees and have the same type of guidelines to follow as far as our nutrition. Basically i only eat when hungry, i do not follow a pre/post workout regimen...i just eat when hungry and let the meals come as based on hunger. I have had days where i happen to get a meal in before training and other days where my previous meal prior to training was 3-4 hours...not sure if your taking a workout supplement Phil as you on but it vaires day to day for me and i never know how many meals i'll get in but i'm averaging roughly 3-4 solid meals with 3-4 lba drinks/water.
 
I don't time my meals, I just eat and I am pretty damn hungry all the time!
 
Yea ive been doing the same..ends up being about 4 meals and 3 lbas daily on average. Actually sometimes could use one more LBA drink on somedays but getting a little pricey with my hours being cut right now.
