How does this peak week look? I have experience

Hey guys, looking to see what you think about this peak week protocol. I have alot of experience, just have not perfected everything yet. The closet I got, was with IV lasix, but mistimed it and looked redic 3 hours post pre-judge. Don't wish to use it again though.

1. Carb deplete mon, tues, wed, thurs. Full body workouts mon, tues, wed, rest thursday.

2. Water load monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and drop sodium slightly.

3. Thursday night, stop drinking, only sips. Hefty dose of dyazide, again, friday only sips, hefty dose of dyazide. (takes about 12 hours to clear). Weigh in water depleted around 4pm just to make weight.

4. 5ish PM, start carb loading with baked, potato's with R-ala and some salt and 4oz of water with glycerol mono sterate and creatine mono mixed in every 2-3 hours.

*I have slin incase I don't fill up quick enough. Viagra in the AM for vascularity. 1 hour before stage, 20oz water with 15g glycerol mono sterate, 5g taurine, and some agmatine.
 
i havent competed so i cant comment heavily

but can you give us an idea of how youve responded to this protocol? or past protocols before

e.g how long do you find it takes you to dry out, how much dyazide you need to use and when?

have u had any problems in the past? came in to flat? not dry enough? filled out to early or late? found you peaked early or after the show?

I think your dropping your water a 12 hours early or so...but that may work for you, this type of thing is highly individualized.
Do you take an sodium back in between Fri and Sat?
 
That's not enough time to carb up optimally, especially if you're pretty depleted.
 
My last show I used a half tab of dyazide friday PM and a half early saturday AM, I felt it was too much and flatted me out a bit, I was already plenty dry...

(not a prep expert!)

from your proposed plan --- you are obviously trying to squeeze into a weight class for an EARLY weigh in correct?

Why else would you drop water to Thursday and carb up right after weigh ins to fill back out?

I think there is a safer way to accomplish this -- how close are you to making weight???

I cant carb up in a short time so i carb deplete the week before then carb up monday and tuesday just adding carbs to each meals , no more weight trainging the week of the show , just posing.

wednesday , thursday and and friday is back to no carbs diet with asparagus , bellpeppers and cucumpers making up alot of my veggies for their diuretic effect , drinking water in the 2 gallon+ a day range.

Friday try to get more water , after meal 2 cut salt.

Friday night cut water at 8pm , 9pm -11pm have a cup of rice with 2 tablespoons jelly or honey to "top off"glycogen and help pull some water.

The few trials this is what worked best for me , the only way i could carb up realy fast was crap loading and using insulin and that caused stomach aches
