Hey guys, looking to see what you think about this peak week protocol. I have alot of experience, just have not perfected everything yet. The closet I got, was with IV lasix, but mistimed it and looked redic 3 hours post pre-judge. Don't wish to use it again though.
1. Carb deplete mon, tues, wed, thurs. Full body workouts mon, tues, wed, rest thursday.
2. Water load monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and drop sodium slightly.
3. Thursday night, stop drinking, only sips. Hefty dose of dyazide, again, friday only sips, hefty dose of dyazide. (takes about 12 hours to clear). Weigh in water depleted around 4pm just to make weight.
4. 5ish PM, start carb loading with baked, potato's with R-ala and some salt and 4oz of water with glycerol mono sterate and creatine mono mixed in every 2-3 hours.
*I have slin incase I don't fill up quick enough. Viagra in the AM for vascularity. 1 hour before stage, 20oz water with 15g glycerol mono sterate, 5g taurine, and some agmatine.
