@Quadlife said it best.... the cat has to coachable. It's obvious he struggles with that. I've had clients tell me a few times "Well, nobody knows my body like I do".. My reply "ok. if you know your body so well what do you need me for??"... IMO the second he gets out of his own way he'll start winning..

There is no reason to be ashamed of ANYTHING! You are experimenting and you are learning! Phil Viz did it plenty of times and now he is not only prepping top national guys but IFBB PROS also and doing a damn good job. Experiment, make notes, and move on.
