I played a lot of football for ten plus years so I wasn’t near 10% or less body fat, but I am 6’5” and was 300 before I had 20 inch arms… I was also 290 before going on the gear probably about 20% body fat, so definitely wasn’t lean… After a few years of consistent training and usage was 340 to 350 at 9 to 10% and arms were 23 1/4...I competed in bodybuilding around 300…Arms honestly didn’t even look super crazy at that height… Although Greg Kovacs, Quincy Taylor, and Ginter were all freaking out at my size… But personally I always hated my arms and thought they looked terrible especially just hanging there Even at that size, so basically it’s really about your muscle bellies in shape… My training partner was 6’1” and had 20 1/2 inch arms NATURAL and had triceps that look like Roelly Winkler’s honestly And his arms looked insane all the time hanging, flexed, whatever... it’s really just genetics……Probably not what you want to hear but I would say you have to be at least 260-270 like heavy hitter said minimum… Obviously you could get there in other ways by just training arms etc, but in all likelihood you’re going to have to be a pretty large all over… Maybe not what you wanted to hear but it’s truth.
