how much winnie to add

okay, I'm starting my next cycle (second) and want to know exactly when and how much winstrol to add.
week 1-10 375mg sus/week
week 1-4 a50 1/day

I've got my anti-e's for post cycle.

I was thinking of adding the winnie (5mg tabs, british stanazol) for weeks 6 to 10 but I'm not to sure how much.

I realize that my doses are light, It's my first time out with sus and i want to see the results from this lower doseage.

if it were me i would add it at the end of the cycle... going no longer than 6 weeks and no less than 4. I would prolly go with 50mg which seems to be the standard. Even at 50mg people complain of joint pain.

this is just a personal thing but i won't run any oral for more than 6 weeks
