Just started taking DNP for the 1st time though, maybe this will allow me to take in some more carbs....

That's the John Meadows concoction bowl/preworkout meal. I use this pre workout everytime, just minus the chocolate syrup. I have the cream of rice with one tbsp of almond butter and stevia.
 
Always cooking TASTY meals makes eating healthy very easy for me... I never feel the need to pig out. :)

Therefore, when I (often) have to go to the restaurant for social/pro reasons, I'm never tempted to stuff my face like I had been starving for months... ;)
 
Once a week....I need the break from my normal routine. It helps me get the cravings out of my system.

I'm trying the same thing.
I stopped my blood pressure meds so I have to stay precontest now with diet to maintain good bp.
 
Exactly! Sometimes in rare cases I'll have people eat a box of coco pebbles cereal or some high high carb refeed but this is deep contest prep when their metabolism stomps that of a 17 year old boy and their body uses the food to its advantage but junk like ice cream, snickers and total candy rushes after a huge dinner, well your just asking for digestive problems and a shitty look for the next week...

Especially when you go to poop! Its like shitting a damn brick!!!!!!! Even if or when I do cheat I never go overboard and still throw fiber in it somehow.

Not trying to rustle anyone's Jimmy's here, because most of us have been there (myself included), but if you feel you need to pig out you either are too restrictive with your diet (i.e. not allowing enough variety) or you have an unhealthy relationship with food. On the other end of the spectrum, if you feel super guilty after indulging in some "dirty" food--and I use that term lightly because I feel there are no inherently dirty foods, it is the entirety of the diet that dictates whether or not it's considered clean--then you have an unhealthy relationship with food. I get it, I've been there. Learn to have some balance, guys :). Nothing wrong with overindulging some times, so long as it's controlled and not an uncontrollable binge. Don't feel guilty. Get over it. Move on with your life. This is a hobby for most of us, not a career. It doesn't pay the bills.
