sugar free hershey's chocolate syrup
Just started taking DNP for the 1st time though, maybe this will allow me to take in some more carbs....
That's the John Meadows concoction bowl/preworkout meal. I use this pre workout everytime, just minus the chocolate syrup. I have the cream of rice with one tbsp of almond butter and stevia.
