Gotta ask as an ice cream junkie...what was on/in that sundae to make it $15? Price tag makes it sound delicious already lol :D

Bucci is an Italian family style restaurant with HUGE portions.
The Sundae was Giant w- brownies, whipped cream plus chocolate and vanilla.
Only thing missing was my Fav...Caramel!
Celebrated my Sons 20th...

Ate at Bucca bi peppes last night...After Pasta A 15$ sundae!!!!

Still woke up @ 242....Damn!

Lol. Bucca bi peppes? Sounds like a bisexual Mexican guy opened a new restaurant. Never been there....Been to Buca di Beppo. I'm definitely trying the 15 dollar sundae the next time I'm there. Sounds really good.....
 
I've been there before as well for family get-togethers...I was familiar with their typical dinner style (shared plates), but didn't remember they did the same for dessert, I thought they may have individual plates.

Although with dedication, a $15 sundae CAN be an individual plate.
 
After this thread came out I realized I never really pig out. So I did last night. 2 scoops of whey first, then two mcdoubles, a frozen pizza, a pint of ben and jerrys, and two of those biggy Iggy ice cream sandwiches. The ice cream sandwiches were definitely the best.

So now today I've been shitting my brains out all day. I blame pro muscle.
 
About once every 8 weeks or so but even then I Have an embarrassingly low food volume ability. Doesn't take much to get me full.....reckon an 8y/o girl could take me down in an eat off[emoji33]
 
I used to fuck up some pizza, chicken wings, ice cream.

But my tolerance to junk food now is pretty low it seems.

My mental acuity plummets and eating cheat foods wrecks my appetite for too long.

I just try to have some tasty/healthy carbs
(since I generally have a low carb eating protocol)

ex:
2 servings/cream of rice
mixed with 2 scoops of casein protein
sugar free hershey's chocolate syrup

Just started taking DNP for the 1st time though, maybe this will allow me to take in some more carbs....
 
I would be grateful for short grain rice or oatmeal.

Cheat for me is pizza and ice cream, maybe once every 6-8 months.


Frankly it saddens me that eating perhaps my favorite food I can't do. That and lasagna, which has probably been a year. It sucks how much one meal like that will add bad weight that then just sets you back.

I'm at about 10,000 on Saturdays...any lower lose too much weight. 2500 calories and no carbs Sunday morning until the next Saturday at 1pm....then about 10,000 calories.

Down 1-2 pounds per week and may add a 4,000 calorie meal to Friday night.

I do not believe IF and keto will allow you to break the laws of thermodynamics (duh) but I started this cut on 2200 calories all week and a 5,000 calorie slipload on Saturday. Now I'm up to 2,500 calories during the week and 10,000 calorie skipload and losing more weight. Overall workload is the same...trt is the same...no go or thyroid drugs.

I'm not breaking the laws of thermodynamics but for whatever reason I'm burning through more calories. I don't think this is abnormal though. Sort of goes hand in hand with what the biggest loser studies showed with how daily calorie requirements changed even at rest and so on.

God damn. Out of curiosity, what does your 10,000 calorie day look like in terms of food? Get in carbs however necessary, or still trying to control exactly what you consume?
 
I do it once or twice a week, or whenever I feel like it. The goal is top just eat healthy most of the time.

I eat very clean unless I am out eating socially for something (on a date, at a wedding, family bbq, concert/festival, sporting event, etc...). Then i pig out.
