May be a dumb axx question - but does this (larger load) equal higher sperm count? I know there are many threads on the topic of fertility - I just really need to get my wife prego before I am so old that I can't play with the toddler for the risk of breaking a hip... I have a teenager from my first marriage - but my current wife is - 10 years younger and we really want a baby... There is nothing I have done in my life remotely as awesome as being a dad and my daughter and I are best buds - I want my wife to have that feeling and to share it with her... And my daughter wants a sibling - be nice to have one while she is still at home...

No the load amount has nothing to do with sperm count.for instance I had a vasectomy done many years ago and I can shot the biggest loads and no way my wife is getting prego
