how to increase sperm count

Hey all. Been off for 8months been done with pct for 4. Was on 500mg a week for quite a long time over a year. I've posted this question on other boards. How can I raise my sperm count without buying a bunch of hmg. My test levels rebounded nicely. Trying to get mate pregnant. I'm gonna start toremifene 25mg and arimidex 1mg and clomid 25mg before i dump a lot of cash into hmg. Any thoughts ideas experiences etc will be appreciated

go to extremepeptide purchase clomiphene. It's a SERM that is responsible for LH stimulation and that is what you will need. I would run more than 25mg a day too. Search the forums for protocols and administration techniques.

I would like to know this also, cause I am thinking if
test came back your sperm count should be fine.
I guess not though cause I got my X wife pregnant
while I was on high dose Tren.

50mg/Clomid/ED will probably be better though
It has a 5 day half life I believe and will build
up in blood over time.

If your FSH levels are still suppressed, restoring LH alone via clomid wont help you.

In order for spermatogenesis to occur, you need LH for ITT (intratesticular testosterone) and FSH. FSH is the primary gonadotropin responsible for sperm production.

You need an aggressive HCG protocol and probably with the addition of HMG IMO. Clomid can help, but probably isnt the answer. that would be something just to add on top of HCG/HMG

see a seasoned urologist experienced in this area. I promise you the standard treatment will be either

A) heavy HCG use

or

B) heavy HCG use with HMG added at some point

Small chance he will try clomid initially. But even the doc will believe its unlikely to work

edit- this is assuming your sperm count is still little-none and you still have low T levels and LH/FSH

Yes guys that's what I've heard and figured. As for triptorelin I am very anxious to try it but at the same time I am hesitant. Such a powerful thing if dosed wrong could be horrible outcome. Has anyone used it here successfully?? Im gonna try the toremifene arimidex combo first as it is cheap. I use zma everynight. For zinc , . ,., in a few months if still no dice ill goto hmg.

I was in the same situation as you, me and my wife were trying to have a baby, but nothing was happening. I went to get everything checked and found out that I have no sperm count at all, they even asked me if I had a vasectomy, and I said no. I had been on and off cycles for yrs so I knew that was the cause. I went to a endocrinologist and everything checked out ok there, but all they wanted to do was do tests. I found out about this doctor in CA, Dr. Turek, and talked to him over the phone. He is a doctor that specializes in athletes that have used steroids and are have the same problems that I was. He to take clomid for 3 months at 50mg per day. Said something about LH levels and clomid is the main drug to increase those levels. I asked about HMG and HCG, said those 2 drugs were used for FSH levels. He went more int depth about it but I have no idea what he was talking about. anyways I did that treatment. Got checked again, and now I have 310 million sperm cells, the doctor didn't know what to say, asked if I was some kind of European experimental drug that is out, I said no, just clomid, she said the infertility clinic couldn't even come close to getting peoples counts that high. So for me, the clomid did the trick, the only bad part was, there was so many cells, that the mobility was low. Do a look up for Dr. Turek, he is in San Fransisco. Be open to him, he has probably heard it all.lol

Instead of trying to fix this on your own or asking advice from random dudes on the internet you should visit a Dr or fertility clinic.
If you're serious about it then go in and have them test you out and they will prescribe the right meds and monitor your progress.

your doc told you that HCG was used for FSH levels? then hes an idiot lol.

HCG acts almost entirely as exogenous LH and has almost no FSH activity.

I dont know how you could go from zero to 310million (well over DOUBLE the MAX "normal" range of 150mil) in just 3 months....that shit is FAR from typical, ill guarentee you that. Especially being that it take 90 days for a sperm to be created and reach full maturity. (thats the length of the sperm cycle), so that would mean you normalized (understatment) the enviroment in your body almost immediately. Either that, or one of your tests got fucked up.

I had zero sperm a long time ago too, and clomid did nothing for it.

You tried this? Is this only while OFF cycle or anytime?

Sperm count and the amount of ejaculation fluid is different isn't it?

Bet ya wouldve gotten her preggo with out it too though. Just saying, I dont think those two things alone are going to have such a significant impact on fertility that we can start calling them fertility treatments.

When someone without almost undetectable gonadotropin levels (most BBers on and post cycle) is infertile, they arent getting anyone pregnant on OJ and Zinc.
