I keep running into people who have just hopped on HRT thinking they are going to get steroid type gains.

Public service message - moving your t level from 500 to 900 isn't going to result in shit. Enjoy your weekly shots and 3 lbs of new muscle.

Steroid cycles build muscle......replacement therapy is just that...replacing what you should have in the first place (you took your test on a tuesday after you drank all weekend otherwise your test would have been 700)

Anyways just a rant....hrt is not what separates you from IFBB stardom...be careful of the hype. replacement therapy is for life

So when your done collecting your $40 trophies and you want to KEEP your major organs...that's the time for TRT. You'd be surprised how much muscle you can maintain on 100-200mg of Test/week. But you gotta earn it first;)

First of all you can build a great physic with out any drugs, it takes longer but you can. And after you reach your genetic potential naturally than you can add extra muscles with very low amount of test.

Agree with Emeric on this. Most of the younger generation want the gains ASAP without any solid foundation to build on. The minute they get off of the gear, for those that started to use gear right off the bat complain about how weak they are, I’m shrinking etc, etc. Start with a solid foundation and get on a light cycle and you can have a nice physique. But not everyone one has the genetics to get to a pro level regardless of how much gear you take. It’s just they way we are programmed and it varies greatly from individual to individual.

I've been a gym rat all my life and while I never did any drugs, I was pretty built for being natural. Started slowing down early 40's T-levels at age 46 were still 500-ish, but I opted to go on TRT. I keep my levels around 1000 now and can clearly tell the difference. Yeah, I'm not turning into Mr. Universe, but I keep and am to slowly build lean muscle even at age 50, with a T level of about 1000. I feel like I look great where I'm at. Of course I run 2IU's of HGH and that helps, but nothing extreme. I doubt I will ever blast. My goal is to be the ripped, lean muscle mass 70 year old one day, who still gets laid regularly. LOL.

At 52 yrs old I maintain my size on 40mg prop a day and run 3iu gh per day which I started a few mos ago . the test keeps me feeling good and mentally sharp and frisky all day ..my wife says she can see the gh starting to work like v taper and skin is tighter she says ..I personally like the daily prop as I don't get the big surge and crash of once a week shot .

right, I’ll take that all year every year, 3 lb of tissue just stick needle in my ass??? It clearly doesn’t work like that when you have been doing this for a long time.I really would love to know real tissue weight ppl put on every cycle. ( even beginners, I hear 10, 15, and 20 pounds of “ stage weight” a year from seasoned guys, get the fuck out of here, unless you ar3 the .01%( which some have done it I’m not questioning that but the average it’s other factors( organ, water, glycogen, bone cartilage and God knows whatever else is growing) i. i rather take 3 lbs every year for the rest of my life the 20lb in 2year and never go past that. 3 lbs of tissue would make you look to the normal eye 20 lbs heavier. I fight and will probably pay in the end of every once of tissue

Trt is about wellbeing and quality of life for me. Not gaining any noteable amount of mass when compared to being natural. It does however help with muscle retention when coming off a blast.

To be fair, it's not like any of us would know how much muscle we would build if we popped our cherries with just TRT. How many of us here took 100-200mg as our first ever cycle? Probably not a lot of people.

whats the point of this post? if they went on trt they needed it, i'd think. they'd a got tested and found their levels were sub 250, or way lower than their ages average.
go from that level to 700 and u will def see improvements in muscle mass.
fuck'n'a, the studies show quite a bit of muscle mass gained when guys went on 300 a week, they gained almost as much mass doing nothing as natty did training.
test levels were around 13-1400 in those 300wk guys.
but, go from diagnosed low t to 700 or 800 or whatever high normal range u like, train and eat, and voila.
my set point went from 180 or so to 205 on trt with an average test level of 700 or so.
ive actually lowered it now.
will i drop size? maybe maybe not. i'll wait and see.

I have 4 more years to go and I will be 70.

If I would be able to turn time back than I would never blasted with more than 140 mg per week. This is not a recommendation this is just for me, however it will not hurt if anyone will give a try. The results my be different from person to person depending on genetics, diet and most immortality how you train.

Well I remember my first go around on 5mg Rugby brand Dbol. I was 27 at the time and started 5mg a day pyramided up to 15mg a day, weighed 165 and in those eight weeks went from 165-170 up to 202lbs. Nothing else was taken. After that my set point weight stayed at 185lbs. That first time was my best ever. Like Emeric said, if I could go back in time! Now I spend time trying to educate the younger generation when they all gather and talk about what they should use or how much. I try to steer them from mega doses.

Did you did the first week 5mg / day , 2nd week 10mg /day, 3th week 15mg /day, 4th 15md / day , 5th week 10mg/day and 6th 5mg/ day, than 6 week off and repeat.
