been curious, i know someone asked before insulin and dieting...

so, humilin R is better than humalog... he says he feels fuller and tighter on it..also

would anyone here explain why one would implement 1 day a week, 3x a day schedule???

how is it better? how does he feel tighter? there the same thing just have different timing thats all, you can use humilin 3 times a day you just have to time meals accordingly im pretty sure it spikes twice after a shot so u need to eat very consistently,

yeah eats immediately, then 20 mins later has some long acting and quick carbs... insulin on meals 1/3/5
