This was brought to my attention that hydrogen peroxide H202 can do marvelous things.
It adds extra oxygen to the body with an extra oxygen atom.
I did my own research and it has been used in many applications. In fact I have been taking this in water, about 4 drops 3 times a day on empty stomach.
I havent really noticed much yet except that day I was training back and biceps.
As I worked my way up to the 60 pound dumbells on the preacher bench,I felt an unsual pain in the left bicep.I kept pumping out reps.
The next day both biecps were sore but the left one was alot more sore.As the day went on , the left got more sore and even started getting red on the inside of the bicep.
I must have torn something. This 60 pound dumbell is not something new to me so I cant figure why this happened.I have been training for 21 years and never had a muscle tear in the bicep.
I am blasting and cruising with aas and gh for quite a while.
Has anyone had experience with hydrogen peroxide or might know what caused this injury?
Maybe the H202 increased oxygen that much and put that much more load on the muscle?
Anyone?
