Just messing around in the kitchen to day trying to add a little flavor to a bland diet and came up with this
Take one medium sweet potato cooked, skin it and mash it in a bowl, add one ripe banana cut it in half and mash the 1/2 banana with the sweet potato
add 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal leave it kind of runny, mix it all together add 2 tbl spoons of brown sugar (if dieting exchange with splenda or equal) cut the other 1/2 banana in chunks and spread over the mash with some Cinnamon and enjoy! It actually taste pretty good!!
