I got the biggest surprise today!

I decided to start cleaning up my diet and was doing soooooo good! Hit a.m. cardio and then planned on hitting p.m. cardio at the gym close to my place.

Well, I come back from a biz trip today and there is a sticker on my door that FedEx tried to deliver a package. So for p.m. cardio I go to the gym across town near the station.

And what do a find there:

And that lil turkey is on vacation soaking up the sun and sand and I can't thank her until she get's back!
