I'm proud to say that yesturday it just dawned on me to stop being OCD with my food and measureing it for the most part.
-/+ 100 calories at the end of the day wont make or break my diet. The most important part is that I'm getting it down to begin with.
Once I can get down all my foods size and just eyeball them, I'll be fine and wont need my measureing cup or scale again.
So maybe if someone reads this, and they were OCD like I was, just quit, it's not worth it and it makes life much eaiser.
