Damn, he has the body of a 20 yr old. Actally most 20 yr olds dont even look that good.
 
it goes beyond HRT only, he must take care of his diet, supplements too .. HRT alone cant be the explanation

He looks fantastic, very healthy looking. And did you guys notice the diet? Nuts, beans, fruits, and vegetables! No 300 grams of animal protein a day?

the mere fact that he gives a hoot about his health at 72 is a flippin miracle! Good for you man! And that anchor needs to go eat his cheesecake or whatever he said.
 
Exactly. I plan to have a lot more on my mind than fried flounder, coffee and cole slaw when I'm a senior citizen. Staying active, and weight training if possible are part of the equation.
 
All I can say is those are some sick genetics. It's amazing that my grandfather passed at that age from heart disease even though he always led a healthy lifestyle, and people like this look like they're 25. So I would definitely throw the genetic factor in there.
 
Here is the guys wesite **broken link removed** In an interview they asked him if people tell him alot that he looks good for his age and he said NO I think this is how you should look when your are 72 :D
 
Jim Morris was not a vegan during the peak of his bodybuilding years. FAR FROM IT! The guy was born in 1935 so he's been bodybuilding for a LONG fucking time. Plus like Robbie the Liar Robinson loves to portray......he was never a natural anything. The guy used as much shit as anyone else as far as steroids go since he competed at the international level in the 70's and 80's. Not discrediting the guy at all he looks amazing......but let's keep it real. Just like Lou Ferrigno and Robbie Robinson, Jim Morris is definitely still on steroids/GH.......oops I mean HRT or is it called anti-aging medicine/management nowadays, I can never remeber lol. :)

in my field of work, I see the worst of the worse...watching this truly opens my eyes that not 9 out of 10 elderly people are out there with chronic illnesses.

WHo cares if he is on HRT...that alone is not going to allow him to look like that. Look at all of us that say we are on stuff and look fat and slush...it's about what he is eating and it will always be about what you eat and not what you stick yourself with.

Do you have a reading malfunction? He was not a vegan in his early days! You don't put on muscle like he did eating vegetables, nuts, and tofu! It's all about image my friend. He's portraying an IMAGE. You'd be amazed at how many older guys, especially ex bodybuilders and fitness guys are on GH and anti-aging management it's becoming a multi billion dollar market with regulard doctors leaving other specialties to go into it. You're an idiot if you think otherwise. Sorry the guy is impressive but trust me you're not going to look like him at 72 by being a fucking vegan. LOL He's been training, and eating, and poking him self for 30 years combine that with his momma and daddy's DNA. Diet is 1/3 of bodybuilding. But the other 2/3 are training and supplementation. Sorry. If you have great genetics nutrition matters even less. Plus if you do the research vegans are some of the most unhealthiest people around and suffer just as many chronic illnesses as their healthy meat eating counterparts.

This is soooo true steak! Guys think because they do a little test and gh they are all set. That may be true when you are twenty but let me tell ya, the over fourty crowd needs a bit more then hrt meds to make it happen. The diet I have been on as of late has made me feel ten years younger! When you are young you can make the diet mistakes but as you grow older your diet controls 80%. Everyone shittin on the nuts, fruit, and berries but hey, look at him, looks like that's what it takes when you get that age to look that good.

Maybe he drinks all his protein in forms of liquid aminos...maybe he just said veggies, fruit, and beans because that is the majority of his diet...I am sure he did not have the time to sit down and iron out his daily routine. So NO I do not have a reading malfunction. I was just stating that how you eat is a MAJOR part of how you look.

Funny there's a guy from this area that I think is 74, that was in a contest last weekend. And I found out today he's in FLEX this month.. He started his rountine with a walking handstand. Hell I can't do that at 31.
