LOL He's been training, and eating, and poking him self for 30 years combine that with his momma and daddy's DNA. Diet is 1/3 of bodybuilding. But the other 2/3 are training and supplementation. Sorry. If you have great genetics nutrition matters even less. Plus if you do the research vegans are some of the most unhealthiest people around and suffer just as many chronic illnesses as their healthy meat eating counterparts.
